This imperial stout, clocking in at 18% ABV, spent a full year maturing in rum barrels, developing deep, complex spirit notes. The extended aging process imparts significant warmth and oak character. It was then conditioned with vanilla and raisins, creating a profile reminiscent of rum raisin ice cream. Expect rich dark fruit flavors layered over molasses and dark chocolate, with a pronounced rum sweetness and a velvety, heavy mouthfeel.
