This West Coast Style Triple IPA, brewed in collaboration with Goodfire Brewing, presents a formidable 12.3% ABV. It pours a clear, deep gold, showcasing the style's classic resinous and pine-forward hop profile. Assertive bitterness defines the palate, balanced by a substantial malt backbone necessary to support the high alcohol content. Aromas of grapefruit zest, sticky pine sap, and subtle tropical fruit esters emerge. The mouthfeel is full and warming, finishing dry and intensely hoppy, typical of the powerful West Coast lineage.
