Starpoint Galaxy of MY Own Hazy IPA

This Hazy IPA is built on a soft foundation of base malt, white wheat, and rolled oats, contributing to a smooth, opaque appearance and creamy mouthfeel. It is double dry-hopped extensively with a combination of Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops. The aroma bursts with tropical fruit notes, primarily passionfruit and citrus zest, characteristic of Galaxy, complemented by the resinous pine and stone fruit complexity of Idaho 7. The flavor follows, presenting a juicy profile with low bitterness, finishing soft and fruit-forward.
