Beer Profile

Strawberry Raspberry Portal

This mixed-culture wild ale, part of the Portal Projects series, showcases the complexity achieved through specialized fermentation. It pours with a soft haze, exhibiting a vibrant ruby hue derived from generous additions of strawberry and raspberry. The aroma is dominated by bright, slightly tart red fruit notes, balanced by subtle earthy funk and delicate acidity characteristic of mixed culture yeasts. On the palate, the fruit provides a juicy sweetness that quickly yields to a refreshing, dry finish and a pleasant, lingering tartness.
