Beer Profile
Peach Portal
Peach Portal is a mixed-culture Wild Ale offering a complex interplay of fruit and fermentation character. This beer pours a hazy gold, releasing aromas of ripe stone fruit and subtle barnyard funk inherent to its unique yeast profile. The flavor delivers a delicate tartness, balancing the sweetness of fresh peaches with a gentle, earthy acidity. It features a light body and high carbonation, culminating in a dry, refreshing finish characteristic of a well-aged sour ale.
