Beer Profile
On Deck IPA
This seasonal IPA pours a brilliant gold, capped by a sturdy white head. It presents a vibrant, hop-forward aroma dominated by notes of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and a subtle undercurrent of stone fruit. On the palate, a firm bitterness quickly balances the light malt sweetness. The flavor profile leans heavily into citrus and tropical fruit characteristics, offering a clean, dry finish. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, this IPA provides a refreshing and assertive hop experience.
