Beer Profile
Flash Cat
Flash Cat is an 8.0% Imperial IPA showcasing a vibrant profile of tropical fruit and citrus. Brewed with Columbus, Citra, and Galaxy hops, the aroma bursts forth with notes of melon, grapefruit zest, and passionfruit. Despite its strength, this DIPA maintains a medium body and a notably smooth mouthfeel. The flavor delivers substantial hop character, balancing the tropical sweetness with a firm, yet controlled, bitterness that defines the Imperial style. It offers a complex, hop-forward experience without being overly heavy.
