This American IPA pours a clear gold with a persistent white head. At 6.5% ABV, it offers a balanced profile of hop bitterness and citrus aromatics. The aroma is dominated by notes of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and a subtle tropical fruit undertone, typical of classic West Coast hop varieties. The flavor follows, presenting a firm, clean bitterness that is quickly balanced by a moderate malt backbone, preventing the hops from becoming overwhelming. It finishes dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, pleasant herbal bitterness on the palate.
