Beer Profile
Dock Street x Ploughman’s Graf
Dock Street x Ploughman’s Graf is a beer-cider hybrid blending approximately 70% beer with 30% cider, fermented simultaneously rather than combined post-fermentation. Brewed with a duo of house ale yeast strains, it features a subtle hop presence from Mosaic and the experimental HBC 472, which imparts notes of oak, coconut, and vanilla cream. The cider component includes a mix of apples—Fuji, Gala, Cameo, Granny Smith, and Goldrush—contributing a crisp fruit character. The result is a dry, lightly hopped beverage with a balanced interplay of tart apple acidity, smooth malt backbone, and aromatic hints of tropical and creamy vanilla tones.
