Heavy Machinery is a Wet Hop IPA, brewed using freshly harvested, undried hops rushed directly from the bine to the kettle. This process imparts an intense, vibrant green hop flavor and aroma, often characterized by notes of fresh-cut grass, resinous pine, and bright citrus zest. The mouthfeel is typically medium-bodied, carrying a distinct, sharp bitterness that is balanced by the underlying malt structure. Appearance is generally a hazy gold, showcasing the unique, pungent character derived from the seasonal wet hopping technique.
