Beer Profile

Passion Fruit

This Kettle Sour is built around the bright, tropical essence of passion fruit. It pours a hazy gold, offering a vibrant aroma dominated by tart, sweet fruit notes. The initial sip delivers a sharp, lactic acidity that quickly gives way to the intense, juicy character of ripe passion fruit. Light-bodied and highly effervescent, the beer finishes crisp and dry, making it a refreshing and palate-cleansing sour experience.
