Beer Profile
DEAR YOU
Dear You is a Citra French Saison showcasing a delicate balance of bright citrus notes and farmhouse yeast character. With an ABV of 5.5% and a moderate bitterness of 25 IBU, it offers a refreshing, moderately dry finish. The aroma features lively hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit from the Citra hops, layered over the subtle earthiness and mild spice typical of a traditional French saison. Its medium-light body and effervescent carbonation provide a crisp, quenching mouthfeel that complements the beer’s nuanced flavor profile. Pale gold in color, Dear You presents a complex yet approachable interpretation of this classic style.
