Beer Profile

Hot Gossip BA Bock

Hot Gossip BA Bock is a barrel-aged take on the traditional bock style, matured in Laws Whiskey barrels that impart rich oak and warming whiskey notes. The malt-forward base is complemented by subtle sweetness from barrel-aged honey, while layers of peach and vanilla peach tea add a delicate fruitiness and soft floral nuance. This collaboration with Lady Justice Brewing yields a medium-dark, smooth-bodied beer that balances the depth of malt with vibrant, mellow fruit and a creamy finish. The aroma features toasted malt intertwined with gentle vanilla and ripe peach, creating a complex yet approachable sipping experience.
