Beer Profile
Eden Valley Oat Soda
This low-ABV Spice/Herb/Vegetable beer pours a hazy, pale straw color, capped by a light, creamy head. At 3.7% ABV, it offers a light, highly drinkable body, characteristic of a soda or sessionable ale. The aroma is dominated by subtle, earthy grain notes from the oats, complemented by a delicate blend of herbal spices, perhaps chamomile or coriander, lending a refreshing complexity. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly viscous due to the oat content. Flavor wise, it is dry and crisp, with a gentle spice character that finishes clean and subtly savory, making it an excellent palate cleanser.
