11 Year Anniversary Caves is a 14.5% ABV Imperial Stout aged for 24 months in bourbon barrels infused with Amburana wood and Madagascar vanilla beans. This extended maturation imparts rich layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and deep caramel, woven with warm bourbon notes and subtle hints of vanilla and spice from the Amburana. The stout’s full-bodied mouthfeel supports a complex aroma combining sweet vanilla, toasted oak, and molasses. Its intense character offers a smooth balance of bitterness and sweetness, reflecting the depth gained through barrel aging and careful ingredient selection.
