Hazy DIPA

This Double IPA pours a deeply opaque, hazy gold, characteristic of the New England style. At 9% ABV, it delivers a substantial body and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. The aroma is intensely fruity, dominated by notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and citrus zest derived from heavy dry-hopping. On the palate, the hop profile is juicy and tropical, balanced by a low, subtle bitterness that allows the fruit flavors to shine. The finish is smooth and full, warming slightly due to the elevated alcohol content.
