Beer Profile

Tropical Haze

Tropical Haze is a signature Hazy New England IPA characterized by its opaque, pale gold appearance and soft, pillowy mouthfeel. The aroma bursts with notes typical of the style, featuring intense tropical fruit esters—primarily mango, passionfruit, and sweet citrus zest. Fermentation techniques contribute to a low perceived bitterness, allowing the hop flavor to dominate the palate with juicy, fruit-forward complexity. This NEIPA finishes smooth and slightly sweet, maintaining a refreshing drinkability.
