Beer Profile
Bier
Bier is a Munich Helles Lager showcasing a bright golden hue and a crisp, clean profile. With an ABV of 5.6%, it presents a moderate malt sweetness balanced by a pronounced hop bitterness, measured at 168 IBU, which is notably high for the style. Aromas of soft bread crust and subtle floral hops lead into a smooth, medium-light body with a refreshing finish. This combination creates an intriguing interpretation that blends traditional malt character with a sharper hop presence.
