The beer presents a bright golden hue with a delicate effervescence. Aromas include light citrus, oak, and a touch of funk, while the palate features crisp sourness harmonized with gentle fruitiness and woody undertones. The finish is smooth, maintaining a lively acidity that reflects its barrel-aged character. This beer earned bronze at the Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer for its nuanced blend.
