Beer Profile

IPso fActo IPA

This IPA presents a classic profile, balancing assertive hop bitterness with aromatic complexity. It typically pours a clear copper or deep gold color, capped by a persistent white head. The aroma is dominated by citrus and pine notes, often derived from traditional American hop varieties. On the palate, a firm bitterness leads into flavors of grapefruit zest and resinous earthiness. The body is medium, providing a crisp, dry finish that encourages the next sip.
