This 6.2% ABV Red Ale bridges the gap between malty Irish Reds and hop-forward West Coast IPAs. It pours a deep ruby hue, offering a profile where toasted malt sweetness meets assertive hop character. Dry-hopped with Cascade, the aroma features prominent notes of floral grapefruit and pine. On the palate, the light caramel and biscuit flavors of the red malts provide a sturdy foundation, quickly balanced by a firm, resinous bitterness (46 IBU). The result is a balanced, medium-bodied ale that finishes clean and moderately dry.
