SOUL ALCHEMY
Soul Alchemy is a robust Imperial Stout, clocking in at 12.6% ABV, matured through extended aging in a blend of Weller and Cutwater Bourbon barrels. This lengthy barrel treatment contributes deep notes of oak and spirit complexity to the dark malt base. The stout is conditioned on organic toasted Sri Lankan coconut, which manifests in the aroma as sweet coconut macaroon and soft vanilla. On the palate, the decadent flavors layer rich chocolate ganache and smooth marshmallow, creating a substantial, dessert-like profile with a warming finish.
