This 5.2% ABV Apple Lager is brewed using traditional lager techniques enhanced by the addition of pomace from historic apple varieties, Roxbury Russet and Belle de Boskoop. It pours crisp and clear, offering subtle aromas of red apple and fresh orchard fruit, derived partially from Rakau hops. The Prairie Select Malt provides a clean, neutral base that allows the nuanced fruit character to shine. The flavor profile is light and refreshing, presenting gentle cider notes and a hint of tannic structure from the fruit addition, resulting in a unique, highly drinkable lager.
