Beer Profile
Black Tuesday (2025)
This massive Imperial Stout pours deep black with minimal head retention. Aged extensively in bourbon barrels, the aroma offers rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and warming vanilla, underpinned by a distinct alcoholic presence appropriate for its 19.1% ABV. On the palate, complex layers of molasses, dried dark fruit, and oak char emerge, balanced by the residual sweetness inherent to the style. The mouthfeel is thick, viscous, and warming, culminating in a lingering finish of bourbon spice and heavy roast.
