Racer 7 Hazy IPA

Racer 7 is a Hazy IPA clocking in at 6.8% ABV. This New England-style brew pours a deep, opaque gold with substantial haze. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruit notes, primarily mango, passionfruit, and citrus zest, derived from a generous dry-hopping schedule. On the palate, the hop bitterness is restrained, allowing the fruity flavors to shine alongside a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. It finishes juicy and smooth, characteristic of the style, making it highly drinkable despite its moderate strength.
