Beer Profile
Fresh Hop Galactic Haze
Fresh Hop Galactic Haze is a 6.5% ABV hazy IPA showcasing vibrant hop character from a generous addition of freshly harvested experimental 1019 hops. The aroma bursts with bright citrus and tropical fruit notes, complemented by a distinct piney freshness. The addition of fresh Idaho 7 hops after fermentation intensifies the hop presence, lending juicy layered flavors of stone fruit and resinous undertones. With a moderate 30 IBU, this beer balances a soft, smooth mouthfeel with lively bitterness, highlighting the vibrant qualities of fresh hops in a cloudy, golden-orange pour.
