Beer Profile
Test Pilot IPA
Test Pilot IPA is a seasonal release showcasing a rotating hop blend each year. This edition highlights the experimental HBC 630 hop, lending a complex aroma of sweet fruits and berries. The flavor profile balances juicy peach and caramel cream notes with soft, candy-like esters and subtle lactones, creating a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. At 5.7% ABV, it presents a well-rounded, approachable bitterness suited for easy drinking without sacrificing depth. The beer’s vibrant fruit character and gentle sweetness make it a distinctive take on the IPA style.
