Beer Profile
Mind Haze IPA
Mind Haze IPA is a hazy, juicy brew that blends East Coast IPA haze with the soft malt character of a Bavarian Hefeweizen. It pours a cloudy golden-orange and delivers an aroma rich in tropical fruit notes, thanks to a complex hop bill featuring Cashmere, Mandarina, Azacca, Idaho 7, and El Dorado. On the palate, the beer balances soft, smooth maltiness with vibrant flavors of citrus and stone fruit, producing a rounded mouthfeel and moderate bitterness. This approachable yet flavorful IPA highlights a fusion of juicy hop expression and subtle yeast complexity.
