Beer Profile

Hex (Hexagenia)

Hex is a hop-forward and highly aromatic IPA, drawing inspiration from the natural cycle of the Hexagenia mayfly. This beer presents a vibrant bouquet of hop character, suggesting notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit on the nose. Its flavor profile is clean and assertive, balancing a moderate bitterness with the bright, resinous qualities of the hops. Poured to a clear golden hue, this IPA maintains a refreshing and medium body, making it both complex and highly drinkable.
