This West Coast Pilsner is brewed with a foundation of Gambrinus and Weyermann Pilsner malts, balanced by Vienna and Chit malt for a clean, supportive base. It pours pale gold with brilliant clarity. The extensive dry-hopping regimen features Motueka, Riwaka, Nelson, and Southern Cross, yielding intense aromas of lime zest, passionfruit, and white grape. At 5.4% ABV, the palate is exceptionally crisp and dry, showcasing bright, resinous hop bitterness that finishes clean and refreshing.
