Beer Profile

Belgian Dark Strong (Quad)

This Belgian Dark Strong Ale pours a deep mahogany with garnet highlights. This potent style, clocking in at 12% ABV, offers complex flavors of dark, ripe fruit—such as fig, raisin, and plum—underpinned by spicy yeast esters. Notes of caramelized sugar and subtle warming alcohol contribute to its rich, full character. The fermentation profile provides a dry finish despite the beer's substantial body and high strength, balancing the inherent sweetness.
