Beer Profile
TRIANTA TRIA
This Belgian Imperial Stout boasts a substantial 14.3% ABV, built upon a rich, bready stout base fermented with Belgian Trappist yeast and demerara sugar. The beer underwent a secondary conditioning on Marshall's Farm orange blossom honey, introducing floral and slightly sweet notes. A generous addition of toasted walnut, pistachio, and almond provides a distinct nutty character, balanced by Madagascar vanilla bean. The resulting stout is complex, highly attenuated, and delivers a profile reminiscent of rich, spiced pastry.
