This Helles-Style Bock presents a deep golden hue with natural carbonation. Brewed with heirloom summer barleys sourced from a fifth-generation German malthouse, the 7.5% ABV lager offers a complex profile rooted in malt character. Aromas suggest pastoral notes of fresh baked bread, complemented by subtle undertones of white wine and crisp Fuji apple. The malt sweetness is expertly balanced by metered additions of spicy Loral and Tettnang hops, resulting in a strong, yet refined, Munich-style lager.
