Beer Profile
AERIAL BOUNDARIES
This New Zealand IPA is built on an oat-softened malt base, providing a creamy texture that supports a highly aromatic hop profile. Featuring 100% New Zealand hops, including Riwaka, Waimea, and multiple selections of Nelson Sauvin, the beer presents an inviting bouquet of bright citrus and tropical fruit. Notes of limeade, gooseberry, and subtle white wine mimic the complex character of a Hemingway daiquiri. With an ABV of 6.7%, this IPA is highly attenuated and clean, maintaining a subtle haze from being left unfiltered.
