Hephaestus’s Blend

Hephaestus’s Blend is a potent Imperial Stout, clocking in at 13.23% ABV. This stout was rested in Bourbon barrels, imparting deep notes of oak and spirit warmth. The profile is built upon layers of adjuncts, featuring rich Dominican cacao nibs and creamy Tahitian vanilla. A substantial addition of coconut provides a tropical sweetness that complements the robust bitterness of Colombian Huila coffee. The resulting brew is dark and viscous, offering complex aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and subtle barrel character.
