Beer Profile

Peaches & Creamation

Peaches & Creamation is a barrel-aged imperial stout matured between 20 and 24 months in a combination of Russell’s Reserve Bourbon, Basil Hayden Malted Rye, and Willet Bourbon barrels. This complex aging imparts rich notes of oak, vanilla, and warm bourbon spice. The stout’s dense, creamy body supports a prominent presence of over 800 pounds of grilled Oregon peaches, contributing a subtle charred fruit sweetness alongside hints of vanilla. The aroma balances bourbon warmth with ripe stone fruit, while the flavor profile weaves dark roasted malt, bourbon, and peach into a layered, full-bodied experience.
