This non-alcoholic ale, part of the brewery's rotating Wheat Series, is brewed with additions of fresh blueberries and aromatic lemongrass. It pours a hazy, light gold hue, often showing a slight purple tint. The aroma is characterized by bright, sweet fruit notes balanced by the sharp, citrusy zest of lemongrass. On the palate, the wheat base provides a soft, slightly bready texture, while the fruit and herb additions deliver a refreshing, tart, and clean finish.
