Beer Profile
Berliner Weisse
This traditional Berliner Weisse presents a pale straw color and a bright, effervescent carbonation. Known as the "Champagne of the North," this low-ABV wheat beer is defined by its clean, bracing lactic sourness. Aromas of lemon zest and faint sourdough bread lead to a highly refreshing palate. The body is light and crisp, finishing dry with a sharp, tart acidity that cleanses the palate, making it an ideal warm-weather refreshment. (ABV 3.3%)
