This 5% ABV Lager utilizes Kernza, a perennial grain, lending a distinctive, subtle nutty character to the traditional clean lager profile. Poured bright gold with brilliant clarity, the beer offers delicate aromas of fresh bread crust and soft malt sweetness. The mouthfeel is crisp, light, and highly refreshing, finishing dry and exceptionally clean. This limited-release brew balances familiar lager drinkability with the unique, slightly earthy complexity derived from the innovative grain bill.
